About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Warehouse Operations Intern to support logistics, inventory control, and warehouse process improvement activities for Nano products.
The intern will assist the warehouse and logistics team in managing material flow, shipment preparation, inventory accuracy, and operational documentation. The role offers hands-on exposure to industrial supply chain operations involving compressed air treatment equipment such as dryers, filters, nitrogen generators, condensate management systems, and associated components used across industries including general manufacturing, food & beverage, railway, textile, and energy sectors.
This internship is ideal for students interested in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, who want to gain practical experience within a global industrial technology company.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistic Operations
- Assist in preparing outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Support coordination of domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, DHL, and freight providers.
• Help verify shipping documentation including packing lists, invoices, and export documentation.
• Support tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Warehouse
- Assist in receiving inbound materials and verifying quantities and part numbers.
• Support warehouse organization including storage optimization and location management.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification activities to maintain stock accuracy.
• Support preparation of materials for customer orders and internal production requirements.
Inventory & SAP Support
- Assist with material transactions within the ERP system (SAP) including receiving, stock transfers, and inventory updates.
• Help review open purchase orders and confirm material availability for outbound shipments.
• Support reconciliation of physical inventory against system records.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Assist in documenting warehouse procedures and best practices for receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations.
• Support implementation of operational improvements such as labeling standards, storage capacity identification, and workflow organization.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Required Skills & Competencies
Logistic & Operational Skills
