Job Description
Engineered Sales Corp (sales division for EBTRON) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, allowing interns to apply their engineering knowledge to real-world projects. The selected candidate will assist in researching jobs, reviewing technical drawings, and analyzing HVAC system designs, gaining valuable insight into industry best practices, ASHRAE standards, and building performance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in researching HVAC projects and analyzing technical documentation.

Support the engineering team in reviewing and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

Perform data analysis related to airflow, temperature, humidity, and other critical HVAC parameters.

Conduct research on emerging HVAC technologies, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory compliance.

Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation based on research findings.

Collaborate with sales and application engineering teams to support customer inquiries and product selection.

Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to the engineering team.
Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for HVAC design and energy efficiency.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, ASHRAE standards, and building automation concepts is a plus.

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, or similar is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
