Ice Cream Shop Manager

The Golden Cow shop manager position is an important role that requires flexibility, an understanding of all aspects of Golden Cow operations, the ability to think for yourself, the ability to plan ahead, and a willingness to help out wherever it is needed to get the job done.

Expectations:

• Own all aspects of the operations, customer experience, and daily maintenance of the Uptown Charlotte Golden Cow retail location
• Work Monday-Friday roughly 10am-6pm year-round to drive success in the store.
• Manage cash deposit and cash management weekly
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of restaurant equipment
• Manage employees and scheduling, and work proactively to solve scheduling emergencies
• Be willing and able to cover Mon-Fri no-show shifts in your location (emergencies only)
• Serve on a once every 4 week rotating weekend on-call schedule for emergency weekend coverage
• Build community and create a fun team environment for your staff
