Leadership Development Program

Chick-fil-A Charlotte's leadership development journey is designed to build people, not just fill positions. Leadership is developed intentionally through real responsibility, meaningful coaching, and hands-on experience. Our program is designed for individuals who want more than a job and are eager to grow personally, professionally, and as leaders. During your time in the program, individuals will gain real-world experience, leadership skills, and the confidence needed to thrive in any professional setting. This is not a classroom-style program or a typical internship. It's a hands-on leadership journey built around responsibility, mentorship, and growth.
