Responsibilities

• manage projects throughout development, design, permitting and construction
• coordinate with municipalities, clients, contractors, and other parties involved in site construction permitting
• lead and mentor a team of project engineers
• oversee project budgets and contracts

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
• proven track record in civil site development, including grading, drainage & utility design
• strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
• ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• proficiency in AutoCAD civil 3D and Microsoft programs
