We’re looking for reliable, personable Touring Agents to ensure our clients have a seamless, top-tier experience while searching for their next apartment.

? Looking to break into real estate? This is a great way to gain experience in the apartment locating industry. While no license is required, we encourage applicants with an interest in real estate!

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Lead Property Tours

• Show apartments to clients on behalf of our agents, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Answer general questions about the property, surrounding area, and amenities

? Stay Organized & Communicate

• Take notes & update our CRM system after each tour
• Relay client feedback, questions, or concerns to the booking agent

? Manage Schedules Like a Pro

• Use Google Calendar to keep tours on track and well-organized

What We’re Looking For:

✅ You love working with people. Friendly, professional, and great at making clients feel at ease
✅ You’ve got a reliable car. You’ll be driving to different properties throughout Charlotte
✅ You’re organized & tech-savvy. Experience with Google Calendar & CRM tools is a plus!
✅ You’re flexible. This role is based on team and client needs—great for someone looking for part-time, on-demand work
✅ You’re interested in real estate. No license required, but this role is a perfect stepping stone for a career in apartment locating
