Job Description

  • Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in 49erMart.
  • Request and set up new vendors and office equipment contracts.
  • Assist with and process P‑Card purchases for travel and operating expenses.
  • Prepare, review, and submit travel requests, travel expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for travel and purchasing assistance.
  • Create and Maintain the College’s Purchasing and Travel Processes and Procedure Manuals.
