Job Description
- Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in 49erMart.
- Request and set up new vendors and office equipment contracts.
- Assist with and process P‑Card purchases for travel and operating expenses.
- Prepare, review, and submit travel requests, travel expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for travel and purchasing assistance.
- Create and Maintain the College’s Purchasing and Travel Processes and Procedure Manuals.
