Job Description
We are seeking motivated graduate students to assist with the design and development of online informal learning resources focused on cybercrime prevention. This initiative aims to educate community members—particularly K–12 caregivers, such as parents and high school student tutors—on cybercrime awareness and prevention strategies. An initial version of the online learning modules will be provided; therefore, the primary focus of this role will be to enhance and refine the existing content by improving its design and development using Articulate Storyline or Articulate 360.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend team meetings.
- Review and enhance existing Articulate Storyline/360 online learning modules by redesigning instructional videos, text, visual elements, and simulations.
- Assist with other tasks as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Graduate students
- Interest, knowledge or experience in cybersecurity or cybercrime prevention
- Interest in educational technology and instructional design
- Experience with digital media tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or its equivalent (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and Zoom.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
