Hugh Creed Associates, Inc., P.A. (HCA) is currently seeking a responsible, motivated, and detail oriented individual to join our LAND DEVELOPMENT department in the Greensboro, NC area as an AutoCAD (Civil 3D) Technician or Civil Engineer. 

Job Description

Entry-level engineering/drafting position will assist Project Engineers in land development projects. Candidate will learn to manage projects independently over time. 

Typical Project Types: Single-family subdivisions (urban, suburban, rural); Multi-family developments (townhomes, apartments); Commercial & Industrial site design (shopping centers, manufacturing); School expansions/renovations.

Typical Aspects of Design: Site Layout, Grading Design, Drainage Systems, Stormwater Control, Erosion Control, Subdivision Road Design, Water Distribution Systems, Sanitary Sewer Collection Systems.

Position is in-person. Remote work is not an option.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology or similar

AutoCAD / Civil 3D
