This position in USDA Rural Development serves in a developmental trainee capacity. The incumbent receives extensive on-the-job training in a variety of routine tasks that will provide experience and technical competence in the methods, procedures, principles, theories, and techniques utilized in the performance of various loan and/or grant program functions. The selectees must be physically located in any of the South Region States (see Additional information section).
