Production Engineer Co-Op - Spring 2025

The Role:

• Our site in Bedford is seeking a/an Production Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

• The production engineering coop will perform projects to improve manufacturing efficiency. They will work with the production engineering team to qualify improved processes for production. When there are manufacturing problems, they will help troubleshoot processes, identify root causes, and implement solutions

In this role you will:

• Support manufacturing continuous improvement projects.

• Qualify improved processes using statistical methods.

• Create work instructions and troubleshooting guides.

You're a good fit if you have:

•Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

• Documentation, communication, and technical writing skills.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to learn new systems and tools quickly.

• Ability to present technical data

• Works well in a diverse cross functional team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Bachelor or Master student graduating spring 2025 or later.

• Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
