Department/Position Description:
The Reporting team, within the Supply Chain Analytics organization, supports a consumer-focused culture by delivering analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights that help inform business decisions across the organization. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting solutions that support demand management, commercial operations, and supply chain initiatives, while providing leaders with meaningful data, analysis, and recommendations.
As a Reporting Analyst Co-op, you will support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that help drive business decisions. Working with large datasets and tools such as Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and Python, you will assist with data extraction, reporting, and ad hoc analysis while contributing to the team's report catalog and reporting processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, communicate insights to stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence concepts.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.

Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

Interest in working with large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Exposure to Databricks, Power Platform, VS Code, AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot), Alteryx, or Jira is a plus.
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
