Assembly Maintenance Engineers/Technicians for the maintenance of automation and assembly equipment with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to support custom automated assembly.
• Programming PLCs and HMIs using RSLogix and FTView.
• Supervising the setup and operation of all automated machinery.
• Participating in final system performance testing.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and computer-generated reports.
• Working independently to meet project timelines while maintaining productivity.
• Demonstrating proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
• Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic operations.
• Interfacing with computer systems, including SAP, for maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Training or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical disciplines is required.
• Strong attendance record and positive attitude.

• Electrical troubleshooting: 5 years (Required)
