Assembly Maintenance Engineers/Technicians for the maintenance of automation and assembly equipment with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following:
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to support custom automated assembly.
- Programming PLCs and HMIs using RSLogix and FTView.
- Supervising the setup and operation of all automated machinery.
- Participating in final system performance testing.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Working independently to meet project timelines while maintaining productivity.
- Demonstrating proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
- Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic operations.
- Interfacing with computer systems, including SAP, for maintenance work orders.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Training or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical disciplines is required.
- Strong attendance record and positive attitude.
