Position Overview
ArroChem is seeking a highly organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support daily business operations and work directly with company leadership.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys organization, problem solving, and learning how a business operates behind the scenes. The position supports several departments including operations, human resources coordination, compliance documentation, and office administration.
Employees in this role gain experience in operations management, compliance documentation, business administration, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain company records, reports, and documentation
- Track data and operational information using Excel
- Assist with employee onboarding and HR coordination
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Assist with compliance documentation and SDS records
- Coordinate with multiple departments including production, sales, and customer service
- Provide general administrative support to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Interest in business operations or manufacturing environments
Preferred but not required:
- Business, management, accounting, or related degree
- Administrative or office experience
- Experience with Excel data tracking
Training will be provided where needed.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
In-person position in Mount Holly, NC
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $45,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
