Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer role is a hands-on engineering position focused on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a high-volume, advanced manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Engineers work directly with production equipment, process data, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment, yield, quality, and performance issues while supporting the installation, qualification, and optimization of new manufacturing technologies.

This role is well suited for individuals with associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees in engineering or related technical disciplines, as well as experienced manufacturing professionals looking to apply their technical expertise in a fast-paced production setting.
