What You'll Be Doing: Mastering Sales
This role focuses on high-volume, consultative sales, converting warm leads into satisfied, long-term clients via phone or video.
- Sales Mastery: Engage with pre-qualified leads to educate clients on complex Medicare options (A, B, C, and D) and close sales efficiently.
- Relationship Building: Build immediate trust and rapport, converting prospects into satisfied, long-term clients. This is about professional consulting, not high-pressure tactics.
- Goal Crushing & Compliance: Consistently hit or exceed daily and monthly sales metrics while strictly adhering to all CMS and internal compliance guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and continuous training to quickly elevate your sales game—it’s like getting a master's degree in professional selling!
What We Need From You:
We are looking for individuals who can translate their drive and academic discipline into sales success.
- Required Drive & Discipline: Proven history of success in a competitive environment (athletics, student government, leadership roles, challenging academic programs, etc.).
- Transferable Skills/Experience: While 2+ years of licensed sales experience is a plus, we strongly consider recent grads or students who show exceptional aptitude in:
- High-volume work/school environments.
- Commissioned or goal-driven settings (retail, part-time sales, fundraising).
- Communication & Closing Skills: Must be a clear, articulate, and highly persuasive communicator on the phone.
- Self-Management: Self-disciplined and motivated to manage a high-volume workload and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends may be required to service all lead types).
- License/Certification: Health Insurance License (Preferred, but we can help you obtain it!).
Ability to Commute/Relocate: You must be able to work in person in Charlotte, NC 28217.
