Job Description
Job Title: Practice Group Administrator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: Hourly wage
Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote

Responsibilities

Perform operations support functions for a local or regional staffing office including collection of time and labor, expenses, invoices, and general record keeping. Working knowledge of policies and procedures is essential to maintain consistency.

Maintain and distribute vital information to billable employees, including entering time and expenses, and provide training and enforcement of policies.

Maintain client approver and billable employee information, verify accuracy of completed timecard data, and ensure approval for each timecard record is received.

Enter timecard data, validate information, and process records into company systems.

Complete and maintain project setup information for new job orders.

Act as a first-line customer service representative with billable employees and clients to resolve issues.

Use company software to communicate information to the Client Services office.

Code, audit, and approve accounts payable invoices for submission.

Manage active employee population, submit payroll change forms, and handle onboarding paperwork for new hires.

Handle day-to-day employee issues and coordinate ongoing assignment status.

Assist recruiting with applicant tracking and forward HR and payroll documents.

Generate statistical reports for management and perform special projects as assigned.

Handle inventory of company collateral and perform limited decision-making related to work priorities.
Requirements
Highly detail oriented with excellent data entry skills
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines
Previous administrative experience in busy office or customer support center required
Ability to interface and work in professional manner well with all departments within The Company
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal/external customers
Possess a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Associates Degree Accounting/Business, preferred
