-Assisting/Shadowing current producers, customer service representatives, and managers.

-Creating quote proposals, following up with clients, and forming relationships with prospects/clients.

-Learning the basics of all different types of insurance, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Business Insurance.

-Learning how to properly use and analyze an agency management system.

-Creating Certificates of Insurance, FS-1s, AORs, and all other ACORD forms for clients.

-Providing prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service to all clients, prospects, and colleagues.
