Monarch NC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Technician to join our Long Term Support & Services (LTSS) team in Charlotte, NC. We provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and substance use challenges.
Work Schedule:
- This is a PRN position. Shift coverage on an as-needed basis.
What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Technician in our Child IDD/MH Residential Program, you will:
- Support individuals in daily living activities, encouraging independence and personal responsibility.
- Coordinate and implement care, training, and skill-building activities.
- Promote healthy routines including hygiene, nutrition, and social engagement.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
- A commitment to person-centered care and teamwork.
