The Siemens Charlotte Energy Hub has been serving the power generation industry for almost 50 years, and is the "company's worldwide hub for manufacturing and servicing 60Hz fossil power generation equipment." (Siemens Website)
The tour will include a safety briefing and facility overview presentation, as well as a guided tour of the facility itself. Space is limited to the first thirty (30) students, so reserve your spot today!
**EVENT LOGISTICS**

The University Career Center will be driving ONE van to and from the event. Space is very limited (14 total seats). More information to come about the process to sign up for a seat in the van.
-Departure from UNC Charlotte: 1:30 PM
-Arrival back to UNC Charlotte: 6:30 PM
-Documents Needed for Tour: Government Issued Photo ID (or passport for non-US citizens)
-Dress Code: Sleeved shirts, pants, and flat, hard soled, CLOSED TOE shoes (these are all Siemens requirements).
For safety purposes, visitors to this facility must be able to climb stairs independently, navigate tight spaces, and follow specific, outlined pathways. In the event that a student has mobility restrictions, please contact University Career Center prior to registering for this facility tour.
