Career Meet Up: Employer insights on preparing for the interview

Get ready to turn campus interviews into actual job offers! Join us for a high-impact workshop designed specifically for college students looking to sharpen their pitch and stand out to potential employers. We are excited to welcome special guest speaker Chloe A. Burleson, a Talent Recruiter for CED who connected with students at our recent Career Fair. Chloe will share the employer perspective on what recruiters really look for in candidates, how to effectively frame your experiences using structured techniques like the STAR method, and how to navigate common behavioral questions with confidence. Don't miss this opportunity to gain real insider knowledge, ask questions directly to an active recruiter, and elevate your job search strategy!
