They analyze customer needs, market trends, sales performance, and competitive insight to build effective product assortments and identify opportunities for growth. Merchants partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support pricing, promotions, inventory, and product strategy. Ultimately, their work helps ensure Lowe’s offers the right products, at the right value, to help customers complete their home improvement projects.
