Bio Break: Meet Biology Professionals

What can you do with a Biology degree? Come find out from professionals who are putting their Biology degrees to work in the real world!

Join us for a casual, outdoor Bio Break: Meet Biology Professionals during Healthcare | Science | Research (HSR) Career Community Week. You’ll have the opportunity to meet Biology professionals from different career paths and have informal, one-on-one conversations about their experiences after UNC Charlotte.

Each professional will have their own table, so students can stop by, introduce themselves, ask questions, and learn more about their career journey.

Come for a few minutes—or stay and meet them all!

You can ask professionals about:

• How they transitioned from college into their careers


• What they’re doing with their Biology degree


• Careers and industries you may not have considered


• Internships, research, graduate school, and other experiences that helped them get started


• Skills that have been valuable in their careers


• Advice they would give current Biology students

No formal panel. No presentation. Just real conversations with Biology professionals!
