Based on recent research and employer insights, a Campus Recruiter from Bobcat will lead this session to explore the key behaviors, communication skills, and attitudes that define professionalism in today’s workplace. Students will also reflect on how to develop and express their own professional identity as they transition from college to career.

About Bobcat:

Bobcat was built on bold ideas. From the moment we pioneered the world’s first skid-steer loader, we’ve been raising the bar for what’s possible.

We push boundaries—advancing the technologies behind our machines, redefining job site potential, and driving innovation that keeps us ahead of the curve.

This is what we’re made for.
