North Star Sophomore Experiential Learning Program

If you are interested in disrupting the status quo – North Star is for you. Vanguard’s North Star Sophomore Experiential Learning Program is designed to provide students with a guiding light on your professional path, to offer direction on navigating the financial services industry, and to empower you with information that can change your life.

North Star is a two-day virtual program designed to expose, engage, and empower students to career and development opportunities that will elevate their lives. Within North Star, you will gain:

• Access to Vanguard’s inclusive culture, leaders, and talent from across our five major career pathways: Finance/Accounting, Financial Advice, Investment Management, Technology and Business (career pathways subject to change)


• Exposure to a network of leaders and emerging talent in the industry


• Be empowered to increase business and investment acumen through tailored information sessions

North Star program will take place virtually on May 12 - 13, 2026. Open to all students from the graduating class of December 2027 or May 2028 are encouraged to participate.
