Apply to join Bank of America at our Charlotte Campus Connect Event, an in‑person event designed for sophomores interested in exploring career pathways across Technology, Operations, Enterprise Credit, Global Payment Solutions, and Corporate Functions (including the Chief Financial Office, Chief People Organization, Corporate Audit, Strategy and Management, Global Risk Program, Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms, and Quantitative Data Analytics).

This half‑day experience will introduce you to our culture, values, and campus programs, while offering opportunities to:


  • Hear from junior employees as they share their career journeys and insights for students.

  • Participate in interactive sessions focused on skill‑building and recruiting readiness.

  • Network with analysts, business leaders, and recruiters across the firm.


This event provides a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of Bank of America, prepare for Summer 2027 internship applications, and build relationships with professionals who can support your career development.

Qualifications:

Candidates are required to be pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028.

Please note: Registration does not guarantee attendance. All registrants will receive a program preference survey to indicate their top areas of interest. Resumes will then be reviewed in alignment with those preferences, and invitations will be extended to students who best fit the selected programs.
