Duke Energy Focus Group: Inclusion in the Workplace

This session will be hosted in person only. There will be no virtual or recording option.
Description:
Join representatives from a Duke Energy Employee Resource Group (ERG) for a meaningful and interactive focus group centered on inclusion, accessibility, community, and career pathways. This session provides an opportunity for students to share perspectives, lived experiences, and ideas that can help inform and shape more inclusive hiring practices and workplace environments.
This event is open to ALL students and is especially valuable for anyone:
Interested in Duke Energy as a potential employer
Curious about disability inclusion in the workplace
Passionate about equity, access, and organizational culture
Exploring careers in energy, engineering, business, sustainability, or related fields
Participants will engage in guided discussion with Duke Energy professionals and have the opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about inclusive career pathways within the organization.
Attendance is capped at 30 students to ensure a meaningful discussion.
Free lunch will be provided
