The View Above in Corporate and Crisis Communication
Thursday, February 26, 2026
1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
UNC Charlotte Career Center – Atkins Annex (next to the Library)
Join us for a panel discussion that examines how companies navigate communication during a crisis—from the leadership perspective.
Panelists will share real-world examples and insights into how organizations prepare for crises, respond in the moment, and communicate with the public, employees, and media when stakes are high. The conversation will explore how communication decisions made at the executive level can shape trust, manage uncertainty, and protect (or damage) an organization’s reputation.
This panel is ideal for students interested in corporate communications, public relations, business, leadership, and crisis management who want a realistic look at how communication functions during high-pressure situations.
Free food will be provided.
RSVP is required to attend.
Students will leave with a stronger understanding of how effective communication plays a critical role in guiding organizations through complex and challenging moments.
