Career Meet Up: Purpose Over Position: Designing a Career That Matters

Tired of being asked “What do you want to be?” Let’s flip the script. This hands-on workshop uses SparkPath’s Challenge Cards to help you explore the big ideas, real-world problems, and meaningful challenges that inspire you. Instead of focusing on job titles, you’ll discover what drives you—and how to design a career path aligned with your purpose, interests, and values. Whether you're undecided or just curious, this session will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you will have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
