We invite current freshman and sophomore students to join us in our Charlotte office on April 8, 2026 for a one-day program designed to provide insight into the world of investment management. This is your opportunity to meet and learn from Barings’ world-class investment professionals and gain valuable career development skills.

Qualifications:

• Current freshman or sophomore students with a demonstrated interest in financial services, graduating in spring 2028 or 2029


• Excellent academic performance


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


• Must demonstrate active campus involvement, leadership experience, and a desire to learn
