TIAA’s Early Identification (Early ID) Program

The Early ID program is a three-day professional development experience where students have the unique opportunity to participate in a case-study at the Frisco or Charlotte Office locations. This program is designed to identify and develop college first-years who demonstrate strong interest in joining the financial services industry. Students will have hands-on learning experience through case study challenges, soft skill development, and professional mentorship during the three-days. Teams will compete against other teams in the same location. The winning team from each location will compete against each other for the first place prize.
Eligibility To attend this event


  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S., and not require current or future work visa sponsorship to retain authorization to work in the U.S.

  • First-year student with Graduation date after December 2029


Program Time Commitment
The Early ID Program requires full attendance across all three days.


  • Wednesday, March 11 | 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

  • Thursday, March 12 | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Friday, March 13 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM


Prizes


  • The first place team will receive $5000

  • The second place team will receive $2500


All meals will be provided. Business casual to business professional attire required. Local rideshare vouchers will be provided to help support transportation as needed.
Partial attendance is not permitted. This is a team-based competition and your full participation is essential.
