2025 NextUp Career Workshop & Recruiting Event

Location: Coca-Cola Learning Center (920 D Black Satchel Drive Charlotte NC 28216)

The 2025 NextUp Carolinas College Outreach event
We will have a table for each employer participating, and there will be space for 85 students to attend the event. Students are encouraged to network with companies represented like Coca Cola, Mondelez, General Mills, Synchrony, Republic Services, and more!

The day will feature a “Food Industry Career Workshop” segment, where students will participate in rotations where they will hear about specific functions and roles. You can expect rotations in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Insights, Finance, Human Resources, and Digital Commerce. Each function lead will highlight key job responsibilities, what a career in that function would look like, and talk about a day in the life.

During the “Career Fair” section, students will have time to visit each company’s table and discuss internships, job opportunities, and career ideas at each organization. Employers will share company brochures or internship/job opportunities.

This event is open to ALL college students and FREE to attend.
