In this workshop, you'll learn how to effectively communicate your CliftonStrengths to employers and connect them to your skills and experiences. We’ll explore how to frame your strengths in resumes, interviews, and networking conversations to stand out to potential employers. You’ll gain confidence in articulating your unique talents and how they can contribute to your professional success.

Please note: Participation requires completion of a CliftonStrengths workshop through a classroom or student organization. Bring your Top 5 Strengths, as individual assessment codes are not provided by the Career Center.

Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Attending Career Meet Ups will also help you gain highly useful career skills that are valuable to all employers; learn more here . Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you will have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
