Wells Fargo is hosting a virtual information sessions about their newly launched Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program.
Wednesday, December 11 from 12 (Noon) to 1 p.m.

The Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program is designed to provide students, who have completed their sophomore year of college, with an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of full-time employees across a variety of roles within Wells Fargo.

Fellows receive comprehensive professional and educational experience through networking, job shadowing, and other engagement opportunities paired with a summer capstone project and presentation.

In addition, the experience offers organized activities that afford fellows engagement in intentional programming, exposure to various business functions, opportunities for career exploration, and networking events with other fellows across various businesses.

Required qualifications:

• Current sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in December 2026 or May/June 2027


• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC for the program duration. Corporate housing will be provided for the entirety of the program at no cost to the participants


• 6+ months of experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education coursework/projects
