Bio: Adam Kicklighter is a Senior Data Scientist at Trane Technologies, blending a background in education and corporate finance with advanced data science expertise. Beginning his career as a teacher, Adam developed strong communication and analytical skills before transitioning to managing financial performance for top-tier brands and Fortune 50 companies. Today, he focuses on the intersection of data science and corporate assurance & advisory at Trane Technologies, where he applies sophisticated techniques to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency. Adam holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complementing his Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Georgia. His approach to problem-solving is guided by a commitment to simplicity and practicality, ensuring solutions align closely with business objectives.
