Current undergraduate women with a graduation date of November 2025 - August 2026 are invited to apply for the Breaking Barriers: Women in Banking event. Selected individuals will attend a half day program in Charlotte, North Carolina designed to introduce undergraduate juniors to a career in Bank of America’s Corporate Functions Programs. Participants will have an opportunity to hear from senior leaders, network with current program participants, and learn about the different teams that comprise Corporate Functions.

To be considered, you must:

1. Have a graduation date between November 2024 and May 2025 from an accredited college or university.

2. Submit a resume.

3. Have an Accounting, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Communications, Environmental Studies, or Business Administration major.

4. Be interested in an internship opportunity in Charlotte, NC
