Career Meet Up: Imposter Syndrome & Interviewing

The Career Center is excited to partner with the Center for Integrated Care to increase your expertise on using mindfulness in building your interview skills. Join this meet up to step into your confidence. This session is designed to help you recognize and overcome feelings of self-doubt that can arise during the interview process. Learn techniques to silence your inner critic, highlight your strengths, and present your best self to potential employers. Gain practical tips, resources, and leave empowered to tackle interviews with authenticity and assurance. Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Attending Career Meet Ups will also help you gain highly useful career skills that are valuable to all employers; learn more at career.charlotte.edu/careerskills. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you will have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
