Join this meet up to learn the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to fully understand, and choose from, the benefits typically offered to employees. The benefits offered to you from an employer are often an afterthought once salary and position have been established. This delayed thinking could cost you not only from a total compensation perspective but also from an emotional and mental wellbeing perspective. Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you will have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
