Starting a new job soon? Still applying? Have questions on how to navigate as a new joiner with a disability? Or how to apply? Join this session to discuss questions you've probably asked yourself but not aloud. Covering topics such as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), The “Do you have a disability?” check box, working from home with a disability, accommodations at work, when and how to request accommodations, and inclusive companies.

Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice. Employers

Zac Kopelman is an analyst with the North Highland Company, and he is currently working as a Project Manager. Previously, he worked in sales at start-up in Atlanta and recently graduated from the University of Michigan. There he double majored in Biology and Environmental Science.
Jaylon Bray is a consultant with the North Highland Company. He has 6 years of experience in IT Project management that has been applied within the Aerospace, HVAC, Public Sector, and Software Solution Industries. Jaylon is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he received his Bachelors in Information Systems Management and Business Administration.

Currently, Brittany is a Prosci and PMP-certified Expert Practitioner within Change Management at North Highland. Previously, Brittany’s career has been split between management consultant and political fundraising / advising across the country. Brittany graduated from Auburn University where she studied Business Management and Political Science.
