As a person of color, taking the first step in your career journey, can be accompanied with complex feelings particularly for those entering an underrepresented field or function. Alexis Austin, a Public Relations Consultant with over 6 years of work experience at Vanguard, the largest mutual fund company in the world, will share her experience and provide valuable insight into navigating the corporate world as a person of color.

Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice.
