NDEAM Career Meet-Up: Stop Job Seeking and Start Job Finding with Rangam

The presentation gives a brief introduction to SourceAbled, the potential barriers to the employment search specifically for the disABILITY population, how to address these barriers and an overview of the SourceAbled services that can be used to address these barriers. Of course, Questions and Answers as well. Career Meet Ups are 30-45 minute small group sessions focused on specific topics and led by career coaches or industry professionals. Meet Ups may be virtual or in-person, and you’ll have the opportunity to gain information, ask questions, and get some practice. Anne Fahey – Solutions Specialist for Rangam SourceAbled, a minority, female disability owned workforce solution company. Anne works to attract, support, place and retain individuals that are on the Autism spectrum/Neurodiverse/and/or disabled in career positions with fortune 1000 companies. Anne has been working to support this population for 7 years and has 26 years of hands-on experience as the mother and key advocate of her son that falls into this same population.
