What is an Employer Practice Interview?

Here at UNC Charlotte, the practice interview will consist of a 30-minute meeting with a recruiter from a company/organization virtually. For 20 minutes, you will be interviewed, and for the final 10 minutes, the employer will give you feedback on both your resume and your interview skills. This program is a great way to network with employers and fine-tune your interview skills, while hopefully being a stepping stone to finding your next opportunity.

No Show/Cancelling Less than 2 business days before your practice interview is an immediate locking of your Hire-A-Niner account and a meeting with the Assistant Director for the Interview Prep Program. Please remember that the employer has your resume once you sign up and it is professional to show up on the day of your practice interview.
