Virtual Event Description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is committed to building a more equitable and representative workforce through programs and initiatives that help students from historically excluded backgrounds learn more about our firm and envision themselves as future colleagues.

Our Advancing Indigenous Americans Early Insights Program seeks to provide Indigenous American undergraduate students with a first-hand look at what it’s like to work at a leading financial services firm. This program offers education and networking, earlier consideration for 2023 summer internships and the opportunity to receive a financial award for successful candidates who go on to receive a summer internship offer.

We recognize that a diversity of perspectives will help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. By participating in this program, you will receive information on our summer programs, strategies for success in the interview process and the opportunity to network with senior leaders and other talented individuals.

What is an Early Insights Program (EIP)?

We offer opportunities for sophomore students (called Early Insights Programs or EIPs) to explore potential career paths within our company. These programs will immerse you in one of the top financial services firms in the world. You’ll learn about the industry and the important role we play in it. You’ll expand your network and meet people who will support you in your career journey.

What to Expect?
Through this virtual experience, you will gain a better understanding of our firm and how to have a successful career here. You will have an opportunity to learn more deeply about summer internship programs offered in our various Lines of Business, including the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), Commercial Bank (CB), Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), and the Corporate Functions. Some applications for summer internships have already opened, while others will open across the spring.|
