The Business Analyst Coordinator is responsible for conducting assigned audits, providing independent audit results based on predetermined standards for various business partners and clients.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete quality review of assigned tasks and tickets to assess product, service and/or process accuracy for business partners
- Document work performed in accordance with established procedures
- Participate in internal assessment and calibration activities to assess auditor alignment
- Participate in audit skill training on relevant audit types as required
- Contribute to presentations that relay audit findings and trends
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Previous educational background or work experience in an analysis or mathematical setting
- 1+ years of experience working within Microsoft Excel with the ability to filter and sort
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of Healthcare Industry Experience
- 1+ years of Quality auditing experience
- 1+ years of data analysis experience
- 6+ months of OptumRx Operations Experience (i.e. Specialty, Customer Service, Network Relations)
- 6+ months of Previous RxClaim experience
